Since joining Grant Samuel in 2006, Alexa has been involved in a wide range of corporate advisory transactions providing strategic advice on acquisitions, divestments, mergers and valuation across a range of industry sectors. Alexa has also been extensively involved in the preparation of independent adviser’s and appraisal reports.
Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Alexa worked as a Manager of Corporate and Institutional Banking with Bank of New Zealand and for 6 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sydney.
