Peter joined Grant Samuel in 1997 and has since been involved in many independent advisers reports for leading New Zealand corporates including Auckland International Airport, Carter Holt Harvey, Canwest Mediaworks, Contact Energy, Fletcher Challenge, NGC and Ports of Auckland. Peter has also been involved in a wide range of advisory assignments, more recently specialising in the IT&T sector advising clients on raising capital, mergers and acquisitions and valuations. He has successfully completed sale advisory roles for a variety of businesses including more recently ihug and Orcon Internet.
Before joining Grant Samuel, Peter worked in the Corporate Finance Division of Coopers & Lybrand. While at Coopers & Lybrand, Peter was seconded for two years to the London office where he was involved in management buyouts, capital restructurings and mergers & acquisitions.
