Rachael joined Grant Samuel in 2005 and has since advised clients across a broad range of industry sectors on the sale and acquisition of private businesses. Rachael has also been extensively involved in the preparation of Grant Samuel’s valuation and independent reports including assignments for Fonterra, Auckland International Airport, Rinker Group and Carter Holt Harvey. Before joining Grant Samuel Rachael held the position of Investment Director for a UK based fund manager, and prior to that worked in actuarial and product development roles in the London offices of Challenger.
