Hannah Crawford joined Grant Samuel in 1999 after working for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in corporate finance and taxation consulting. Hannah has been involved in the preparation of many of Grant Samuel’s independent expert’s reports. She has also been involved in a wide range of corporate advisory assignments including mergers, business sales and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement, capital raisings and strategic advisory. Hannah has experience across a diverse range of industries, and has particular expertise in the healthcare sector having completed assignments for clients including Healthscope, Mayne, Mayne Pharma, Sigma and Faulding.
Hannah is a non-executive director of Alfred Health (incorporating The Alfred, Caulfield Hospital and Sandringham Hospital), and of the Queen Elizabeth Centre, an early parenting centre providing residential, day stay and home visiting services to families experiencing parenting difficulties.
