Marisa has advised clients on a variety of assignments since joining Grant Samuel in 2001. She has had a wide range of strategic advisory roles and completed numerous equity market transactions including IPOs and secondary capital raisings as well as mergers, takeovers and private treaty sales. Her experience crosses a number of sectors including property, financial services and leisure.
Before joining Grant Samuel, Marisa spent four years in the Corporate Finance division of KPMG.
Marisa is a member of the Development Board of the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute.
