Scott joined Grant Samuel in 2004 to direct the Debt Structuring and Advisory business in Melbourne. Prior to this, Scott was Director of Capital Markets with JP Morgan subsidiary, BankOne, and Head of Leveraged Finance at Societe Generale.

Scott has been a key debt capital markets arranger in the Aust/NZ corporate landscape for over 15 years with extensive experience in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions including LBOs, MBOs, public and private acquisitions, syndications, securitisations, mining project finance and derivative structuring.

Scott’s recent major transaction experience includes Nufarm and The University of Melbourne, as well as significant refinancing transactions for Mount Gibson, Spotless Group and Vita Group.
