Atagün Bensan

Atagün joined Grant Samuel in 1999. He has advised on public company takeovers, schemes of arrangement, trade sales and restructurings for companies in a range of industries including media, food, building products and consumer goods. He has also been involved in the preparation of independent expert reports across the resources and other sectors.
Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Atagün was a solicitor with legal firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth. He practised in the area of competition law and infrastructure access. He was seconded to the National Competition Council where he worked on access regulation and other competition reforms.
