Caleena Stilwell joined Grant Samuel in 1994. Since that time she has had primary responsibility for preparation of many of Grant Samuel's valuations and independent expert's reports. Caleena has also been directly involved in a wide range of corporate advisory transactions including corporate restructurings, mergers, trade sales and capital raisings across a diverse range of industries.
Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Caleena was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Advisory Services Division of Ernst & Young where she was responsible for business and intellectual property valuations, independent expert reports and prospectus and acquisition due diligence services. Prior to joining the Corporate Advisory Services Division, Caleena had five years' chartered accounting experience with Ernst & Young.
