Guy joined Grant Samuel in mid 2009 and has over 13 years’ investment banking experience, principally with Deutsche Bank and UBS. Guy is a leading capital adviser in the Australian market having been at the forefront of large corporate and acquisition financing structures across the capital spectrum including all forms of debt financings (both bank and bond), hybrid, convertible and equity financings, both domestically and internationally.
Guy’s recent major transaction experience includes the Nufarm c.$1.1bn refinancing (2011), Whitehaven Coal c.$450m refinancing (2011), Community CPS $600m securitisations financings (2011), APN News & Media $750m bank refinancing and NZ retail note (2010) and the Macquarie University $450m bank and MTN financing (2010).
