Having joined Grant Samuel in January 2002, Jacoline has been involved in a variety of assignments across a range of sectors including financial services, tourism, property and media. Her experience includes capital raisings (including IPOs), mergers and acquisitions, private treaty sales and preparation of independent expert reports.
Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Jacoline worked with JPMorgan in its London mergers and acquisitions business. Whilst at JPMorgan, Jacoline was involved in a variety of merger and acquisition, and strategic advice assignments including defence mandates. Jacoline commenced her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was involved in a number of large audits for listed clients and performed profit forecast reviews, re-engineering assignments, due diligences and going concern analysis.
