Jaye Gardner joined Grant Samuel in 1994 and was appointed a director in 2001. She has experience in corporate finance roles across a range of industries, particularly the media industry. Jaye has had primary responsibility for the preparation of many of Grant Samuel's business valuations, independent expert's reports and fairness opinions. She also has considerable experience in assignments involving public company takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and business sales.
Jaye spent four years in the Corporate Services Division of Coopers & Lybrand prior to joining Grant Samuel.
