Rob Jenkins founded Grant Samuel Debt Structuring and Advisory in 2003. Previously, he worked for National Australia Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in corporate and project finance, and the Commonwealth Government in various policy areas across transport, communications, resources, energy, health and defence including a period as a ministerial adviser.
Rob has led and closed debt financings across the full spectrum of industry sectors, and across a range of financings (e.g. privatisation, greenfield/brownfield projects, M&A, corporate refinancing/restructures, leverage and debut financings). Reflecting the width of activities, select clients include APN News & Media, Leighton, Wesfarmers, Fortescue, Macquarie University, Mainfreight, Pacific National, Nufarm, Korea Zinc/Sun Metals, Community CPS Credit Union and Amcom Telecommunications.
