Tim joined Grant Samuel in 2006 and has advised clients across a range of industry sectors including infrastructure, energy, media, telecommunications and industrial services. His advisory experience includes trade sales, public company takeovers, public to private transactions and strategic advisory services. Tim has also been involved in the preparation of Grant Samuel’s valuations and fairness reports, including independent expert reports for Qantas Airways, AGL and Alinta.
Prior to joining Grant Samuel Tim worked as a management consultant for A.T. Kearney and held strategy, M&A and commercial management roles with Telecom New Zealand.
