We have advised on the capital structure of a broad range of development projects including medium density residential developments, high rise hotels, commercial properties and warehouse facilities. Our clients range from large corporates to institutional investors and entrepreneurial property developers.

Grant Samuel also has established and manages single asset syndicates and dedicated specialist funds, including property development capital funds.
