Nick Harris joined Grant Samuel in 2006. Nick is responsible for providing strategic property advice to a range of public and private sector organisations. Specific areas of responsibility are raising capital (debt and equity) for property developers and investors, acquisitions and divestments and corporate real estate advice. Nick also has experience in financing structures for the affordable housing sector, including the National Rental Affordability Scheme.
Prior to joining Grant Samuel, Nick was at Stockland Property Group where he worked as an asset and forecasting analyst within the retail division.
